Inic Monitor

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 11, 2026

Inic Networks operates Inic Monitor. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use this service.

What this service does

Inic Monitor is an internal network monitoring and alerting platform used to manage infrastructure visibility, issue detection, and outbound operational notifications.

Google account data we access

When a Team Admin connects Gmail, we request access to the following Google data:

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to authorize the connected Gmail account and send operational alert emails initiated by Inic Monitor. We do not use Google user data for advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling.

What we store

To keep Gmail sending active, the service may store the connected Gmail address, OAuth refresh token, temporary access token, granted scopes, and token expiry details on the application server.

How we protect data

We limit access to authenticated administrators and authorized team admins, restrict dashboard access by account role, and store application data on controlled server infrastructure.

Sharing of data

We do not sell Google user data. We only disclose information when necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, or protect system integrity.

Data retention

Connected Gmail authorization data is retained until the account is disconnected, access is revoked, or administrative cleanup is performed. Operational alert logs may be retained according to internal business and security requirements.

Your choices

You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account security settings or by using the application's Gmail disconnect option, if available to your role.
