These Terms of Service govern the use of Inic Monitor provided by Inic Networks. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
Inic Monitor is intended for authorized operational, monitoring, and alerting use. You must use only accounts, systems, and Gmail identities that you are authorized to manage.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Connected Gmail accounts must belong to or be approved by the relevant organization or operator.
Google integration
If you connect Gmail, you authorize Inic Monitor to use the granted Google scopes to send operational emails on your behalf. You may revoke that access at any time through Google or the application.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to send spam, violate law or policy, interfere with infrastructure, or access data or systems without authorization.
Availability
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including integrations, features, or access controls.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Inic Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created security risk, or used the service in an unauthorized manner.
